Love her work,. That being said, despite all the mind expanding neuroscience, the practical advice is very basic and dont think its her forte.

My key takeaways:
– Expanding emotional vocabulary at a young age can help children in the long-term in many ways
– I feel like she was eluding to the fact that we need more diverse opinions in science than there are today. Rooted in the definition of the 'scientific method' is the characteristic of exploring all options. Today, too many scientists come from similar backgrounds, which forces no one to question assumptions/intent.
– Sleep is akey ingredient to balancing emotions (7-8 hours ideally)

even though there are many varying features of cocker spaniels. There may not be a Perfect cocker spaniel but we still know what is or isn't a cocker spaniel is right? or are we looking at a dog and saying i don't have a clue what that is?
